Whoa.

So I just finished the first book of the Hunger Games series. OH.MY.GOSH! So crazy good, literally read it like a day.  Can't wait to start the second one and all I have to say is March 23rd can't come soon enough!!

Americal Idol

This year I have really been getting into Idol. Every couple seasons it seems to switch off if and how much I watch it, but lets be honest, with all the free time i have what else am I going to do?? :) This is the first season in a while that I have watched and am pleased to say that I really love the judges. I didn't watch enough of last season to get an opinion but this season I think the judges work great together and add a lot to the show. The Idol I was used to was the judges spending more time arguing with each other than critiquing performances so of course i am loving when the judges focus on the singers!!
 I just finished watching Thursday's episode in Vegas (which I was shocked when I found out they went there, thought it was just Hollywood!) and loved it! I feel like there is so much talent this season because almost every group number they did I LOOOOVEED!! So I thought that I would let you guys know who im rooting for.

february.

It's been a while since i have blogged anything...i just feel like there really has not been much worth of blogging about. I ended up being in LA longer than expected. Then i came home right before Christmas and things really slowed down, which was nice, just put the blogging on hold also. Here's how February has been so far...

First of all i have been trying my best to stay diligent with this February Photo a Day Challenge. It really forces you to be creative cause when it wants a picture of a blue..you have to get creative because that can be so endless but at the same time don't want to post a blah picture. Here are some of my favorites one so far.

Second I made a supersonic quick trip down south to attend a friends bridal shower. She is getting married at the end of March to a wonderful man and could not be more excited for them or feel more honored that i get to be a part of their special day.

Third, last night my best friend got engaged to her boyfriend of three years. I felt so  blessed to be a part of it, from getting to go ring shopping with the boyfriend, helping him plan, and of course getting to be there with her family while it happened, and then staying with her after to debrief and start planning!! SO excited for the two of them. Unfortunately I didn't get any pictures from the night, though plenty were taking, but here is a picture of the lovely couple.
